Delivery Zones
Ambishious Endurance ships exclusively in New Zealand from Christchurch.
All orders for delivery within New Zealand are sent by tracked courier service via Post Haste. Delivery must be to a physical address – parcels cannot be delivered to PO Boxes, Parcelpods or Private Bags.
Costs
For orders under $100 – Shipping costs are $5.00 per order for non-rural customers and $8.00 for rural customers.
Free shipping on orders over $100.00 for non-rural customers. $6.00 for rural customers.
Free shipping for all non-rural existing members and customers with memberships in their cart. $5.00 for rural members and customers with memberships in their cart.
Delivery Time
Our handling time is one day.
The cut-off time for next-day pick up is 4pm.
Transit time is between 1 and 4 days.
Authority to Leave
As standard, all orders will be shipped under authority to leave. No customer signature is required for parcel drop off.
If a customer wishes for their parcel to require signature before drop off then they can simply leave a notice at the checkout – clearly describing their requirement request.
Risk & Responsibility
Unfortunately Ambishious Endurance cannot take responsibility for delays in delivery once it has shipped with the courier. We will endeavour to assist with any delivery issues where possible.
