Returns and Refunds
Ambishious Endurance offers returns and refunds on all products sold in our store (excluding gift cards) subject to the requirements outlined below.
Essential requirements for all refunds.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the product is correct prior to opening and/or using.
- Customers must contact Ambishious Endurance by phone or email before returning any items.
- We cannot issue credits or refunds due to change of mind.
- Gift Cards are not able to be returned or refunded.
- The Consumer guarantees act applies in all cases.
For all accepted refunds: You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of our receiving your returned item/s or after agreement (see membership card).
We Cannot Offer Refunds For The Following Reasons:
- Buyer no longer wants the items – this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Ambishious Endurance. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
- Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else – Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

For Ambishious Endurance Products – Winning Energy Drink Mix
Ambishious Endurance offer a 30 day money back guarantee for Winning Energy Drink Mix. See Winning Energy Trial Package.
We manufacture our products to a very high standard and in accordance with WADA doping standards.
If you are dissatisfied with Winning Energy after purchasing the trial package, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase to request your return/refund. This will require explaining to us why you want a refund/return. Requests will be accepted as long as there are at least 3 servings of Winning Energy Drink Mix still enclosed in their sachets (unused/unopened). After confirmation, please send your order to the address displayed in the footer of this page. To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. Upon arrival of the returned item/s to our address, we will notify you via email and then fully refund you.
Ambishious Endurance will also provide the customer with the necessary funds for the return shipping after the returned item/s are received at our address. (courier receipt required)
Products made by other brands
Ambishious Endurance offers a 30 day window to contact us for refunds of products manufactured by other brands. We sell only a select few, well-regarded brands in our store meaning you can be confident in their quality.
If a product is clearly faulty then please contact us to request your return/refund. This will require explaining to us why you want a refund/return. Requests will be accepted as long as the products are unopened. If your request is accepted please sent the product back to us. If the product is indeed found to be faulty, we will supply the customer with store credit equaling the value of the faulty item/s. shipping expenses. If the product is not faulty then no store credit will be given.
We determine whether or not the product is faulty. Faulty means there is an issue with the product that inhibits the customer’s ability to use the product for its intended purpose.
If an order is fulfilled incorrectly, Ambishious Endurance will ensure to correct the issue at our own cost.
Clearance Items
This category contains clearance items. Only buy from this category if you understand and accept that we cannot take returns on these items unless you return the item to us within 7 days – at your own cost, and in 100% original condition.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order any time prior to the order being marked at completed for a full refund, either as store credit or back to your card or bank. Please email or call us (see footer) as soon as possible, as we operate a same day packing service.
Undeliverable Packages
We rely on you to enter your address details correctly. If an order is returned to us because the courier has been unable to deliver. Additional shipping charges will apply before an order is re-shipped.
